Next time you go to the store look at how much waste you will be purchasing. Buy smaller containers, or bring boxes and bottles back for others to reuse. Think before you buy!

I always look at labels when I buy chemicals such as laundry detergent. Does anyone have any suggestions for alternative cleaning products that are eco-friendly?
ReplyDeleteI have a suggestion for stinky shoes, espescially kids shoes. Use straight hydrogen peroxide, and pour it in the shoe until it soaks the inside. Wait a few minutes and wipe out and repeat, then let dry. You wont believe the difference. BUT be careful on what kinda shoe, remember peroxide will bleach certain fabrics. But for the most part some kids nasty shoe AINT worth the price of foot cheese smell!

ReplyDeleteGrow your own food, stop buying packaged crap and you will see a difference in the trash yo take out.
ReplyDeleteI think the answer to the package problem starts at the source, That would be the manufacturers of our food. Advertising is important to them so they use the biggest package they can. Detergent companies have been the leader in reducing packaging and transport costs by taking out the excess water from there products. Other companies should try to follow this example.
