Green appliances are great, but the unplugging of unused appliances,and electronic equipement, could be the big saver across the board. Remember, if your appliance is on standby mode it will drain electricity and your wallet, not to mention use more fuel at the power plants. Thinking green means thinking green $$$. something America should understand being so snobby and money hungry.
